Although it is safe to put ear plug and stretcher jewellery of many base types in your ears, we here at M99 like to promote the use of ORGANIC BASE MATERIALS as much as possible. Although we try to maintain a healthy stock of freshly hand turned plugs, ready to be further crafted and finished for your order, sometimes your order may take longer to process due to volume or orders coming in. As all of our products are made to order entirely by hand from start to finish, we take as much time and care as needed to ensure the best quality in your new m99’s. usually all plugs are made and sent within a MAXIMUM of 3 weeks from point of order. The average time is currently around 1 week. if you wish to keep up to date with the progress of your order, we are contactable via the contact or our social media pages. (we aim to get back to all our customers as soon as possible so please bare with us if this takes longer than expected)

All stretcher and plug jewellery sold cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. Please be careful to select the correct sizes when purchasing to order as this is the customers responsibility and we cannot accept an exchange or return due to selecting the incorrect size. Due to the dermal nature of all stretcher and plug wear, all sales are final and we cannot refund you once plugs have been crafted and left the workshop. The only incident in which any plug or stretcher jewellery can be replaced is if damaged in transit or an incorrect item has been posted to you. if this is the case we will remake and send a replacement to you at our expense to ensure you get the original items purchased.
You will receive an email upon the completion of your order, at this time your items will be despatched. We like to use royal mail where possible but sometimes may use other private couriers. we offer both “standard mail’ and a “TRACKED mail” service (we always recommend using TRACKED SHIPPING for any items value.. In some cases a signature may be required upon delivery (For example – If the size of packaging will not fit through a letter box, we prefer to make sure your items are not damaged or left outside the door so we will send them by special delivery in this case)
safety of your purchase in transit, is of upmost importance to us here at M99, so we like to make sure every delivery is well wrapped and protected, prior to sending. Postage on all M99 jewellery collections are fixed at: (£1.90-£3.95 per delivery within the UK and Europe) & (£3.90-£7.90 to USA / CANADA & Rest of World) (there are no additional costs added to postage for more than one item in your basket)

Only plug or stretcher jewellery that is damaged in transit or if an incorrect item has been sent to you, can we replace it. We strongly suggest purchasing tracked shipping for any valuable items. Any items sent by standard mail will not be replaced should they become lost in transit while under the responsibility of the courier service. Any parcels sent by tracked shipping which are lost will be replaced free of charge at the earliest possible time slot.
Although we hope this is not the case in any purchase, We offer a 14 day replacement policy on any items that are incorrect size received, wrong item received or the item has been damaged, from the date of you receiving your purchase.
We can only replace or refund an item in it meets the above criteria. Unfortunately there is a no returns policy on all ear plug and stretcher jewellery due to the nature of the product and in keeping with health and safety, should you decide you’d like to return your items simply because you no longer want them, this is not possible.
As all pieces from Medium99 are unique, hand crafted originals, most items are not replaceable but if a return is in order, a close replacement can be made in some cases or otherwise a full refund can be made to the original payment method once the item has been returned.

If you need to make a return, first get in contact with us via the contact page on our website or send us a message via social media or email Ashley@medium99.co.uk stating your issue and desired resolution ie. Refund/replacement/wrong item. We will get back to you as soon as possible, hoping to resolve your issue and provide a return address for the items to be returned to. (customer must cover costs of return shipping)
Return your item with its certificate of authenticity (this acts as your proof of purchase/ownership) to the return address (the item must be returned to the return address within 14 days of making your return request). Â Refunds can take up to 30 days from the point of receiving your returned item (although not necessary, sending a copy of your email receipt will help in speeding the process along, so we can track your order faster)
